Terms of Service

By accessing or using HelloBrand, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

If you use HelloBrand on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

HelloBrand provides software for creators to organize partnership work, including documents, deliverables, invoices, payment context, and optionally connected email workflows.

HelloBrand also provides AI-assisted features such as document analysis, partnership assistance, concept generation, and email drafting. Some of those features may personalize responses using profile context and feedback you provide.

Some features depend on third-party services, feature flags, subscription tier, or geographic availability, and may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify HelloBrand if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use HelloBrand to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, data, or system.

You may not use connected email or document-processing features for spam, surveillance, or other abusive activity.

You may not misuse AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to attempt to extract another user's private data through the product.

You retain ownership of the documents, emails, payment details, and other content you submit to HelloBrand.

You grant HelloBrand the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for the intended user-facing workflow.

If you provide creator-profile context, AI preferences, freeform notes for the AI, or thumbs feedback on AI responses, you authorize HelloBrand to store and use that information to personalize AI features for your account. You can edit or clear those settings in the product.

AI outputs are assistive only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment or professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts, summaries, concepts, and suggestions before sending them to brands, relying on them in negotiations, or using them in commercial decisions.

HelloBrand may use third-party AI providers to process content needed to deliver requested features. Those providers act on HelloBrand's behalf to operate the product.

HelloBrand may integrate with third-party providers such as email platforms, payment processors, storage providers, analytics tools, and AI service providers.

Your use of those connected services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies, and HelloBrand is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of those providers.

By connecting a Google Gmail account, you acknowledge that HelloBrand accesses your Gmail data only as necessary to provide the Smart Inbox and email-related features you request.

When you connect an email account, you authorize HelloBrand to act on your behalf to provide the features you request, including composing and sending emails and creating and saving drafts to your mailbox. HelloBrand takes these actions only in response to your instructions, and you are responsible for the content you choose to send or save. HelloBrand does not delete messages from your mailbox or modify Gmail labels, folders, or account settings.

HelloBrand's use of Google API Services data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, user profiling for unrelated purposes, or data sales.

Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. You authorize HelloBrand and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other amounts disclosed at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan changes, cancellations, and downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period.

HelloBrand may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to address security, legal, or operational needs.

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

HelloBrand is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, HelloBrand does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and AI features do not constitute legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloBrand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

You may stop using HelloBrand at any time. HelloBrand may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or when required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to billing obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
